Cebu Pacific's cheap-but-unholy-hours flights brought us to Bangkok in the early morning of July 11 and out of there past midnight of July 15. With Letty and Mia, it was fun scouring the markets and malls for stuff which make women giddy. But more than that, it was the food which made this holiday also worthwhile!
From the ashes of Multiply's "Joanne, by any other name" (2003) arise this space. Now, it houses my collection of significant pictures and angsty thoughts. It mirrors the dark and the light, the bumps and flights in my inner jouney!

ReplyDeleteNo chance to find out who's the artist. Just took the picture from the walkway from the mall to the Skytrain.
ReplyDeleteIf it's the comment you wrote in the other album with photos in Ling's house, yes I did!
ReplyDeleteThe piece was done by Tawatchai Punsawad. It was one of the many giant sculptures for the Bangkok-Bananas: Bangkok Art and Cultural Festival last May. See the other sculptures in http://bangkok-bananas.blogspot.com
