Waiting in vain should be banned and outlawed. It diminishes one's self-worth.

  2. When I wrote this down, I had one context in mind. A sad one. But it seems like it can be applied to many others. My friend, Jun, had a mouthful to say about it and I agree with many of his points. Nabasa mo ba yung sinulat nya?

  4. This comment is from Jun A.: Isn't there a saying that it's ok to wait and see and you'll inevitably be in front. In other words, patience can be a very powerful tool if you know how to use it. Perhaps, it's also an opportunity for you to think of a better alternative or choice while waiting.
Although, I agree with you and I hate waiting for my boys in the morning to go to school and then again in the afternoon when picking them up. Further, I've been waiting in vain for them to change some of their attitudes. It really diminishes one's self-worth and wastes a lot of time.
I wish we can ban and outlaw waiting (hu-weteng..he, he, he), but some people are either too slow, lazy, or dumb that we just have to be patient. And then there's also the chance that waiting in vain is the result of one's stubbornness. I'm sure that most Pinoys have long waited in vain for a turn around in the Philippines' politics and economy. But it has never changed. Whose fault is that ?
    Regards.
